These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Jackpot Money mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Daily Apps LLC.

By downloading, registering for, accessing, or using Jackpot Money, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Jackpot Money may offer surveys, rewarded ads, engagement tasks, promotions, referral programs, quizzes, and other app activities, depending on the region, partner inventory, and app version. Some features may include user rewards, wallet balances, or promotional payouts where made available by Daily Apps LLC or its partners.
Jackpot Money does not provide gambling, lottery, betting, or regulated financial services.
You must be at least the minimum legal age required to use the Services in your jurisdiction.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You may use the Services only where doing so is lawful.
You may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create multiple accounts for abuse, duplicate rewards, referral manipulation, or evasion of suspensions or bans.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that appear false, misleading, abusive, inactive for policy reasons, or in violation of these Terms.
Where the app includes rewards, those rewards are promotional and conditional. They are not wages, salary, guaranteed income, stored bank deposits, or investment returns.
Rewards may depend on completed surveys, ad engagement, offers, task validation, referral conditions, fraud checks, advertiser approval, geographic eligibility, and internal compliance review.
Wallet balances shown in the app may be adjusted, withheld, reversed, or canceled if activity is incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, incentivized improperly, or rejected by a partner.
Payout requests may be offered through one or more supported methods, including PayPal, Wise, Revolut, bank transfer, or local payout partners, depending on the app and country.
You are responsible for submitting accurate payout information. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect account details provided by you.
We may delay, reject, or cancel payout requests where verification, fraud review, sanctions screening, technical errors, or policy concerns require additional review.
You are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or local compliance requirements arising from rewards or payouts you receive.
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes:
creating fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts;
using bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs, proxies, device farms, or traffic manipulation tools where prohibited by us or our partners;
falsifying survey responses, engagement data, referral activity, location, or device information;
reverse engineering, scraping, copying, or interfering with the app, servers, or security controls;
uploading or sharing unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
harassing support, threatening staff, or using the Services in a way that harms Daily Apps LLC, users, advertisers, or partners.
The Services may include content, offers, surveys, advertisements, SDKs, login providers, payout providers, and links operated by third parties. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or decisions.
The Services, including the software, design, branding, graphics, text, interfaces, and related materials, are owned by Daily Apps LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Services.
If you submit content, feedback, suggestions, ratings, or reviews, you confirm that you have the right to submit that material. You grant Daily Apps LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, adapt, and display that material for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, triggered fraud-prevention controls, or where continued access is legally or operationally inappropriate. You may stop using the Services at any time.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, continued availability of tasks or rewards, or that every user will qualify for every survey, task, promotion, or payout option.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Apps LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or device access arising from or related to the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid, if any, to use the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD $50.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Daily Apps LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted in the app or on the website, unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the Services after the effective date means the updated Terms apply.
